Ingredients (for 4 servings):

• Half of the Premium Juku Curry package (80g)

• 150g meat

• 200g onions

• 150g potatoes

• 100g carrots

• 1 tablespoon vegetable oil or butter

• 550ml water

Cooking instructions (for 4 servings):

1. Heat oil or butter in a pot and sauté the chopped vegetables and meat on medium heat.

2. Reduce the heat slightly, add water, and simmer for about 20 minutes until the ingredients soften.

3. Once the ingredients are ready, turn off the heat and add the Premium Juku Curry cubes, stirring gently to let them dissolve.

4. When the cubes have melted, turn the heat back on low and stir occasionally for about 5 minutes to reduce the sauce—done!
