The composition includes, among others, organic sencha - a type of green tea made from unground and dried by rolling leaves - with a strong taste and aroma, grown in natural conditions at the foot of Mount Kirishima in Kagoshima Prefecture at an altitude of 400m above sea level. Brown Koshihikari rice, which is found in tea, comes from organic farming in the city of Uonuma, in the Niigata Prefecture, which is famous for the production of the highest quality premium rice in Japan. The whole product was enriched with the exceptionally deep and delicate taste of umami organic matcha tea, which grows in mountain farmlands in the city of Toyota, in Aichi Prefecture - considered one of the tastiest matcha teas in Japan.
