House Fruiche milk peach dessert, 200g
Description
Fruiche is one of the favorite desserts of the Japanese, produced by the Japanese company House since the 1970s. It is extremely easy to prepare and requires the addition of just one ingredient - milk. It has a distinctly fruity taste thanks to the content of both peach juice and pulp, and an appetizing jelly-like consistency, which is popular especially among children.
A method of preparing:
- Empty the contents of the Fruiche sachet into a bowl. (Do not refrigerate the package before use)
- Add 200ml of chilled milk to a bowl, then mix it vigorously right away.
- Stir the whole thing until the dessert is thick. If the mixture is too thin, put it in the refrigerator for half an hour.
Recipe for peach mousse:
- Whip 100ml of cream.
- Prepare the Fruiche dessert as described above, adding 100ml of chilled milk instead of 200ml.
- Mix the Fruiche dessert thoroughly with the whipped cream and chill it in the fridge.
