This version additionally contains 2 types of vegan dashi broth made from naturally grown ma-kombu and hidaka-kombu seaweed from the southern coast of Hokkaido. These seaweeds are well-known and highly prized varieties of kombu in Japan, which are used to prepare the traditional, exquisite dashi broth. Ma-kombu will ensure the presence of a mild umami flavor, while hidaka-kombu is responsible for the rich broth aroma. The taste of the dashi has been further enhanced by muting the salty taste of the soy sauce, as compared to classic soy sauces, this one contains up to 25% less salt.
Thanks to a specially designed dispenser, air bubbles do not settle on the walls of the bottle, which allows the taste to remain fresh for much longer!
