Description
Kitsune udon is a dish of wheat udon noodles in a soup based on dashi broth, prepared from dried bonito flakes and kombu. The dish is completed with an extra large piece of deep fried tofu aburaage, kamaboko fish paste and shallots. The package also includes a sachet with a mix of seven Shichimi Togarashi spices for lovers of spicy flavors.
All you have to do is pour hot water, cover with a lid, wait 5 minutes and enjoy the taste of authentic kitsune udon.
