Ninben Furikake rice seasoning with salmon, 30g
Description
Furikake is a traditional Japanese rice seasoning, often used in the form of sprinkles to diversify and transform a regular bowl of white rice into a dish full of umami flavor.
Sake soboro, or chopped salmon, is the main ingredient in this rice seasoning from Ninben. It is also a kamataka-style salmon, meaning it was cooked in a cauldron, making it exceptionally soft and aromatic. In addition to salmon, the mix could not lack the basic ingredient of many furikake - sesame seeds. This seasoning goes perfectly with rice, both as a sprinkle, but also as an ingredient that can be mixed with rice to prepare onigiri rice balls. We also recommend trying it with potato salad :)
