Tokai Kyu-chan Fukujinzuke pickled vegetables, 130g
Description
Fukujinzuke is a combination of 7 types of vegetables, finely chopped and marinated in soy sauce and sugar. An unusual name, which refers to the 7 Japanese gods of happiness called Shichifukujin. Despite the name referring to pickled idols, fukujinzuke consists primarily of vegetables such as daikon radish, cucumber, lotus root, and beans. Together, they create a slightly sweet and appetizingly crunchy mix, which is traditionally served as an addition to Japanese curry, although the manufacturer recommends trying it also with pasta or in a salad.
