Description
Worcester sauce (most often called Wooster in Japan) is an original Japanese fruit and vegetable sauce, which is a sweeter and slightly denser variant of the iconic English Worcestershire sauce. Like Worcestershire, Bull-Dog's Worcester sauce has an exceptionally wide range of flavors, thanks to the variety of vegetables (tomatoes, carrots, onions) and fruits (apples, plums, lemon) used in the recipe. Worcester sauce is also quite liquid, so it is best as an addition to the flavor of other sauces, e.g. tomato sauce or stews. It also has a slightly spicy fruity flavor that is perfect for fried dishes.
