Hikari Menraku Ramen is a series of instant dishes in a bowl that you just need to pour hot water in and wait 3 minutes to enjoy the taste of warming Japanese ramen!

In the Shōyu Aji version, we get a light ramen flavored with soy sauce based on dashi made from bonito fish (striped tuna). Inside the package you will find hearty, wheat ramen noodles, powdered soup flavored with soy sauce, as well as dried vegetables such as cabbage, corn and green onions. In addition, to enrich the taste and aroma of the dish, we recommend that you add liquid soy sauce with the addition of rapeseed oil, contained in a separate sachet under the lid, just before serving it.
