Description

Kuromame-cha is a Japanese grain tea known as a traditional healing tea with many health benefits. Itoen soy tea is made from 100% black soybeans (Japanese kuromame) grown on the island of Hokkaido, famous for its high agricultural standards. It has a rich aroma and a sweet taste of roasted black soybeans.

Kuromame soy is rich in various antioxidants that regulate hormones, blood pressure, prevent collagen loss, stabilize sugar levels and lower cholesterol. Thus, soybean tea has, inter alia, anti-aging properties that support weight loss and hormone function. Moreover, Kuromame-cha does not contain caffeine, so it is safe and healthy to drink for everyone!

How to prepare

cold: pour 1 liter of water over 1 tea bag of kuromamecha and let it brew for 1-2 hours

hot: pour 300ml-1l of hot water over 1 tea bag and brew for 2-3 minutes
