Kanpy ginger jam, 600g
Description
The primary use of ginger jam is to prepare tea from the jam itself. It has a spicy flavor with a hint of citrus, typical for ginger. It is especially eagerly drunk in winter or as a remedy for colds, because it pleasantly warms the whole body. To prepare it, all you need to do is:
- Put 2 teaspoons of marmalade (approx. 40 g) into a cup and, depending on the serving preferences, pour hot or cold water (approx. 140 ml) over it.
- To prepare a tasty, fruity yuzu tea, jam is best diluted 1: 3 ~ 4 with water.
- When making cold tea, first add a small amount of water to the jam and mix it well to dissolve it. Only then pour the remaining amount of water.
Ginger jam is also great as an addition to black tea, sparkling water, shōchū alcoholic beverages, yogurt, as well as various dishes and sweets!
