Kewpie spaghetti sauce dashi-shoyu with natto, 2 portions x 30g
Description
The company Kewpie, the producer of the most recognizable Japanese mayonnaise, has prepared spaghetti sauce in the so-called wafū, or Japanese-style. It is a dashi-shoyu sauce, i.e. a mixture of dashi fish broth and soy sauce - two essential flavors of Japanese cuisine, the skillful combination and balance of which is the basis of Japanese cuisine.
Along with the dashi-shoyu sauce, we also get a set of additives that we can add to the pasta to give the dish an even more Japanese character. The supplied sachets contain a mixture of 6 ingredients: sesame seeds (goma), dried negi onion (kansō konegi), dried bonito tuna flakes (katsuobushi), finely chopped nori seaweed (kizami nori), thin flakes of kombu seaweed (tororo kombu), and also dried seeds of fermented nattō soybeans (kansō nattō). We recommend it to every fan of traditional Japanese flavors!
