Maruchan instant Kitsune Soba soup with fried tofu, 88g
Description
Kitsune soba, a specialty from the Kantō region, is a rich-tasting dish with thick buckwheat soba noodles served in a warming dashi broth. The name kitsune (literally fox) refers to the old belief that these animals love to eat aburaage, i.e. fried tōfu, which is the basic addition to this dish.
Kon no Kitsune Soba from Maruchan is a simple and express way to prepare an original kitsune soba dish. Inside the package there is buckwheat noodles, a juicy piece of fried tōfu, pieces of green onion-flavored tempura and slices of kamaboko fish paste. Inside you will also find a sachet of soup based on seafood and kombu seaweed, seasoned with soy sauce. Now just pour hot water over it, wait only 3 minutes and it's ready!
