Naogen Moromi no Shizuku premium soy sauce, 200 ml
Description
Premium Moromi no Shizuku soy sauce is a specialty of the shōyu Naogen factory in Kanazwa, Ishikawa Prefecture, which has been producing soy sauces since 1825. Their soy sauces are made from the exceptionally nutritious, rich in protein and vitamin B and E varieties of enrei soy. Moromi no Shizuku is also a marudaizu sauce, which means that it is made only from whole soybeans, thanks to which its taste is both milder and richer compared to classic, dark koikuchi soy sauces. Sauces from the Naogen factory are always made of the minimum amount of ingredients, so that the product has the purest, natural taste. In addition to soybeans, only wheat, sea salt obtained from the Sea of Japan and crystal spring water from Mount Haku are used in the production of Moromi no Shizuku. As suggested by the manufacturer, we recommend trying Moromi no Shizuku soy sauce as an addition to sushi, sashimi, tofu or grilled wasabi meat.
