Description

Kusa Dango are traditional japanese sweets in the form of green balls made from mochi rice cake, which are customary eaten for differrent kinds of japanese holidays. They are also known as yomogi dango, because its juicy, green color and fresh, spring-like aroma owe to yomogi plant. They are mostly served with addition of azuki red bean paste or sweet, soy flour kinako.

However, Seiki's Kusa Dango were made in the form of mini daifuku- little mochi balls with anko paste filling. Thanks to addition of yomogi and kinaki flour, which the sweets were sprinkled with, they keep their authentic flavor and distintctive kusa dango's color.
