Description
Tsuyu bouillon sauce is an unusual combination of flavors: flying fish, Japanese bonito tuna flakes, grilled sardines and kombu seaweed.
It is a universal sauce with a distinctive, fishy flavor with notes of sweetness. It does not need to be diluted with water and is ready to use, which makes it even easier to use.
It tastes best when added to pastas such as udon, sōmen or hiyamugi (slightly thicker than somen, but thinner than classic udon).
