It is crafted from organic soybeans and crystal-clear water, with no artificial additives. It is coagulated with nigari (natural magnesium chloride obtained from seawater), which gives it a mild, slightly creamy taste and an excellent texture.
Clearspring tofu does not require refrigeration before opening, so you can always keep it on hand. Once opened, simply rinse it and add to your favourite dishes – from classic misoshiru to fried agedashi tofu, salads, or stir-fries.
