Kubota Seika traditional Japanese Mochi rice cakes Shiomame mochi, 150g
Description
Shiomame mochi is a traditional Japanese candy made from mochi rice dough and shaped into balls, enriched with Nuchimasu salt from the sea coast of Okinawa. This kind of mochi uses whole sweet azuki beans instead of sweet azuki bean paste. The very soft mochi dough is kneaded with the whole azuki beans. This way, a diverse combination of sweet and salty tastes with exceptional softness of rice dough and sturdy consistency of beans is created.
Thanks to the variety of taste and consistency, it is suitable as a snack at any time of the day as well as to eat along with tea.
The package contains 150g of 10 individually wrapped shiomame mochi rice cakes.
