Recipe for Onigiri with Baked Salmon and Shio Kombu
1. Prepare: cooked and still warm sushi rice, baked salmon, Kurakon Shio Kombu, toasted sesame seeds, perilla leaves.
2. Gently break the salmon into smaller pieces using a fork. Roll the perilla leaves and cut into thin strips.
3. Prepare a bowl, add salmon, perilla, sesame and rice (the rice must still be warm and slightly moist, but not so moist that it will burn your hands). Then mix the ingredients together thoroughly, preferably using your hands so as not to damage the rice grains.
4. Prepare a bowl with water in which you can soak your hands so that they do not stick to the rice too much. Then form small rice balls giving them a triangular shape - Done!
