Marumiya Pepatama Pepper and Egg Furikake Rice Seasoning, 22g
Description
Furikake is a traditional Japanese rice seasoning, which is used in the form of sprinkles by the Japanese most often to diversify and peculiarly turn an ordinary bowl of white rice into a dish full of umami flavor.
Pepatama from Marumiya is a spice that combines sesame seeds, shredded nori seaweed, eggs, beef and black pepper. This mixture also includes the addition of soy sauce, mirin, miso paste and many other spices that give the whole an amazing aroma. It is quite a variety of furikake full of umami flavor contained in beef and algae, combining also the characteristic aroma of sesame, delicate taste of eggs and the expressive, though mild, sharpness of ground black pepper.
Proportion: 1 heaped tablespoon of spices (7-8 g) for 1 bowl of rice (approx. 320 g of cooked rice).
