Description
Premium white soy sauce "Kin Kanjuku" from Yamashin is a delicious, softer and sweeter alternative to dark soy sauce. Its light, almost transparent color is due to the greater content of wheat, which is in a higher proportion to soy than in the case of classic soy sauce. In addition, the ingredients undergo a shorter fermentation, which is also responsible for the impression of a milder, non-dominant, but still characteristic taste. Therefore, it is best to use white soy sauce for dishes, the color and taste of which we do not want to change, but only emphasize. Although it is not used as often in Japanese cuisine as dark soy sauce, it is perfect for nimono and chawanmushi dishes.
