Discover a refined version of classic soy sauce from the renowned Japanese brand Kikkoman. MARU-DAIZU NAMA-SHOYU is naturally brewed using only whole soybeans (maru-daizu) – with no defatted soy flour or wheat, giving it a richer, deeper flavor.
"Nama-shoyu" means unpasteurized soy sauce, which retains its fresh, nuanced aroma and natural umami character – something you won’t find in standard pasteurized sauces. This makes it perfect for dishes where flavor subtlety is key: sashimi, tofu, salads, steamed vegetables, or as a finishing touch for hot dishes.
This version has 25% less salt than regular Kikkoman soy sauce, but thanks to slow fermentation, it doesn't compromise on taste.
