Marukome Miso paste with Dashi broth, 650g
Description
Original japanese miso paste by Marukome company, which has been producing miso pastes for over 160 years and whose headquarters is placed in Nagano city, in Nagano prefecture- in the place where tradition of making miso in shinshū way was born.
Fish broth dashi was added to paste and thanks to that, making miso soup is even easier than usual, because it now requires only mixing paste with hot water. In the process, miso paste reaches the depths of umami taste.
Marukome-kun miso is a shinshū kind of miso, also called yellow miso paste. Authentic shinshū is being made in Shinshū, in Nagano prefecture and its surrounding terrains and it's known for its light, golden color, moderate salty taste and delicate aroma. Thanks to balanced flavor, Marukome's miso is an excellent choice for universal use.
This paste is also a koshi type. It means that it has smooth texture and it's easily soluble- which is a perfect quality in the process of making miso soup.
