A popular Japanese instant miso soup from Marukome’s “Ryotei no Aji” series, known for its deep umami flavor and aroma inspired by traditional Japanese cuisine.

This instant soup is made using granulated miso paste developed through a proprietary method that preserves its rich natural flavor and aroma. Each packet contains both ingredients and granulated miso, allowing you to easily prepare an authentic miso soup – simply pour the contents into a cup or bowl and add hot water.

The set includes two variations:

aosa seaweed – high-quality Japanese seaweed with a rich flavor, enhanced with a stronger kombu broth to bring out full umami,
black nori seaweed – dried using a special method that avoids roasting, preserving its natural ocean aroma and pleasantly authentic texture.
