Ingredients (for 4 servings):

• Half a pack of Premium Juku Curry (80g)

• 150g meat

• 200g onion

• 150g potatoes

• 100g carrots

• 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil or butter

• 550ml water

Preparation method (for 4 servings):

1. Heat oil or butter in a pot and sauté the diced vegetables and meat on medium heat.

2. Reduce the heat slightly, add water to the pot, and cook for about 20 minutes until the ingredients soften.

3. Once the ingredients are ready, turn off the heat, add the Premium Juku Curry cubes, and stir gently to allow them to dissolve.

4. Once the cubes have dissolved, turn the heat back on low and simmer for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, to reduce the sauce – and it's ready!
