Amaumai Dashi Shōyu is a light, sweet soy sauce enriched with umami-rich dashi broth made from carefully selected ingredients, including kombu seaweed and various types of fish such as sardines, muroaji mackerel, katsuo (skipjack tuna), and sōdakatsuo.
