Kobayashi gluten-free fresh udon paste made of white rice, 128g
Description
Japanese Kobayashiseimen noodles are the perfect choice for people who are on a gluten-free diet. Instead of wheat flour, rice flour was used in the production, made of white rice, thanks to which it is a safe and tasty substitute for standard udon noodles. It is also fresh pasta, but thanks to hermetic closure it can be stored for a long time outside the refrigerator, maintaining freshness and unique taste.
The package contains one serving of pasta, which should be added to 1 liter of boiling water, salted to your taste. When the water starts to boil again, cook the pasta for 4 minutes, stirring occasionally. After this time, it is enough to drain the pasta thoroughly from the water. Ready pasta can be served with soup or cold or hot with your favorite sauce.
