Description
Traditionally brewed in wooden aromatic vats, fresh soy sauce from soybean plantations in Aomori Prefecture, generally applied using organic fertilizers instead of fertilizer substances and pesticides, and qualifying as a JAS-certified organic product. Moreover this soy sauce is produced with only organic wheat and sea salt.
To provide more soy sauce ingredients, many manufacturers artificially include lactic acid bacteria and enzymes, but produce this soy sauce aged by fermentation through natural ingredients for a year.
Because the soy sauce is naturally brewed in wooden vats for over a year, it is well fermented and rich in flavor. It is less salty than normal soy sauce, making it perfect for use as a dip and as a simmer for cooking.
