Nanatsuboshi Japanese white rice from Hokkaido Prefecture - 5kg
Description
Nanatsuboshi is white, short-grain glutinous rice of the highest quality, which is characterized by a unique balance of gloss, stickiness and sweetness. Nanatsuboshi is the most commonly consumed variety of rice in Hokkaido. As one of the few varieties of rice, it retains most of its parameters even after cooling. It is therefore a great choice when we plan to prepare bento, sushi, onigiri rice sandwiches, but also karē raisu (Japanese curry), or any Asian dish requiring short-grain rice.
The name of this variety of rice comes from the constellation of the Big Dipper, which clearly appears in the clear sky of Hokkaido!
The package contains 5 kg of white Nanatsuboshi rice from Hokkaido Prefecture in Japan.
